End Citizens United Endorses Independent Seth Bodnar for U.S. Senate in Montana

End Citizens United (ECU), a leading national anti-corruption organization, today endorsed Independent Seth Bodnar for U.S. Senate in Montana.

“Montanans know that Washington is only working for billionaires and powerful special interests, and they are demanding change,” said End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller. “Seth Bodnar represents that change. He’ll tackle the corruption that’s become commonplace in the halls of Congress and restore integrity. We are proud to endorse Seth and look forward to helping him win in November.”

“Too many politicians of both parties in Washington are beholden to their biggest donors, and working people are paying the price,” said Seth Bodnar. “As Montana’s Independent voice in the Senate, I will always put Montanans over profit and partisanship. It’s time to reform our broken political system, and that starts with fighting Citizens United. I'm honored to have the endorsement of End Citizens United and look forward to working with them to root out the corruption that's undermining our democracy.”

Seth Bodnar is committed to reforms that would ban congressional stock trading, overturn Citizens United, crack down on corporate PAC money, and strengthen campaign finance transparency laws. He has also built a lifetime of service both in Montana and abroad. As President of the University of Montana for eight years, he led the institution in achieving record-high graduation rates, doubling its research output, and creating innovative workforce development programs. Under his leadership, it was named the #1 military-friendly university in the nation. Bodnar was also a Rhodes Scholar and served the nation as a Green Beret around the world.
