End Citizens United Backs Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs for Reelection

End Citizens United (ECU), a leading national anti-corruption organization, today announced its endorsement of Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs for reelection. The endorsement reflects Hobbs’ track record of putting Arizonans ahead of special interests and fighting to make government work for working families across the state.

“From lowering costs for working families to protecting democracy and strengthening transparency in government, Katie Hobbs has shown that she always puts Arizonans ahead of special interests,” said Tiffany Muller, President of End Citizens United. “While Washington politicians look out for themselves and raise costs on Arizonans, Katie Hobbs has been laser-focused on putting Arizonans first. End Citizens United is proud to endorse her for re-election, and we look forward to helping her continue delivering results for the people of Arizona.”

“I’m honored to earn the endorsement of End Citizens United, an organization that’s leading the fight to end corruption and restore trust in government,” said Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs. “In Arizona, I’ve worked to put people ahead of politics—cutting costs for families, protecting our democracy, and delivering real results with a balanced, bipartisan budget. While Washington drives up costs and leaves Arizonans behind, I’ll keep doing what I’ve always done: putting Arizona first.”

Gov. Hobbs has spent her tenure fighting for government transparency, defending Arizonans against corporate greed, and protecting access to the ballot box. She signed legislation making campaign contributions—including her own—more transparent and vetoed numerous proposals that sought to curb Arizonans’ right to vote. Hobbs’ record proves she fights for transparency, fairness, and the rights of every Arizonan.
