End Citizens United Endorses Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison for Reelection
End Citizens United (ECU), a leading national anti-corruption and voting rights organization, today endorsed Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison for reelection.
“Attorney General Keith Ellison is a deeply committed public servant who has a strong record of enforcing the law without fear or favor,” said End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller. “He has protected voting rights, taken on corporations that exploit working families, and has made clear that no one is above the law. AG Ellison understands that when powerful interests try to bend the rules, it’s his responsibility to hold them accountable. We’re proud to endorse him for reelection.”
“I’m grateful for the endorsement of End Citizens United,” said Attorney General Keith Ellison. “Our political system too often serves the special interests over everyday people, and I have spent my career fighting to level the playing field so that all Minnesotans can afford their lives and live with dignity, safety, and respect. I will continue protecting access to the ballot box, taking on corporate greed, and rooting out corruption so that our government can focus on serving the people. End Citizens United is dedicated to that same mission, and I look forward to continuing to work together to reform our broken system.”
Attorney General Keith Ellison’s lifetime of public service includes implementing policy reform as a state legislator, representing Minnesotans in Congress, and championing voting rights as attorney general. In the face of violent ICE attacks and Donald Trump’s dangerous efforts to take over elections, AG Ellison has fiercely defended Minnesota families and refuses to cater to Trump’s demands.
