End Citizens United Applauds Aftyn Behn’s Impressive Overperformance in Deep-Red District

End Citizens United (ECU), a leading national anti-corruption organization, congratulated Tennessee State Representative Aftyn Behn for running a reform-driven campaign that turned a district Trump won by 22 points into a single-digit margin. Behn shattered expectations by making anti-corruption the central message of her campaign, proving that it’s a salient issue among voters even in a deep-red district.

Behn received ECU's endorsement and joined the organization's “Unrig Washington” campaign, a nationwide effort centered on three key reforms: banning congressional stock trading, refusing corporate PAC money, and cracking down on dark money in politics.
