ECU Congratulates Attorney General Aaron Ford on Primary Win in Nevada’s Gubernatorial Race

End Citizens United (ECU) President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement congratulating ECU-endorsed Aaron Ford on winning the Democratic primary in Nevada’s gubernatorial race:

“Congratulations to Attorney General Aaron Ford on winning his primary. While Joe Lombardo has been busy protecting special interests and corporate donors, AG Ford has been a champion of working families. Whether it’s holding bad corporate actors accountable or upholding Nevadans’ right to vote, he’s been a principled and effective leader during these unprecedented times. We are proud to have endorsed him and look forward to helping him win in November.”

ECU endorsed Aaron Ford in October 2025, describing him as a tireless fighter for Nevada families who will clean up a culture of corruption in Carson City. He is challenging Republican Governor Joe Lombardo, whose administration has been defined by cozying up to special interests, embracing dark money, and blocking common sense anti-corruption reforms. Lombardo faced a complaint with the Nevada Commission on Ethics, filed by ECU in November, for using official state social media accounts to amplify campaign-related content for his own political benefit.
