PRESS RELEASE

End Citizens United Calls on Anthony DiLorenzo to Come Clean About His Finances

Following new reporting raising questions about Anthony DiLorenzo’s personal financial disclosures and the source of millions of dollars in loans to his congressional campaign in NH-01, End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement calling on DiLorenzo to be transparent with voters:

“Transparency is a cornerstone of free and fair elections. Granite Staters deserve to know the full extent of Anthony DiLorenzo’s wealth, where his money is invested, what assets are held in his trust, and whether his financial interests could create conflicts of interest in Congress. Voters have every right to scrutinize the full financial interests of someone seeking to represent them in Washington.

“With just 15 days left until Election Day, Anthony needs to come clean about the source and terms of his loans and clarify his interests in the trusts – especially because he might not have had the resources to finish his campaign without them. Failure to do so keeps New Hampshire voters in the dark about what he personally stands to gain in office. With so much corruption and self-dealing in Congress, the last thing working families need is someone who is out to get richer from public service.”
