End Citizens United (ECU) President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement congratulating ECU-endorsed Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold on winning the Democratic primary for Attorney General:

“Congratulations to Jena Griswold on a well-deserved victory. Throughout her career, Jena has stood up to powerful special interests, defended the rule of law, and fought to protect the rights of Colorado families. As Attorney General, she’ll protect consumers from fraud and price gouging, defend Coloradans’ rights, and ensure powerful special interests play by the same rules as everyone else. Jena has never been afraid to take on those who abuse their power, and she’ll bring that same determination to the AG’s office. We look forward to helping her win in November.”

ECU endorsed Jena Griswold in August 2025, citing her leadership in ensuring Coloradans have safe, convenient access to the ballot box. As Secretary of State, Griswold has supported strong laws to protect election workers, increased ballot boxes and polling locations, and safeguarded Colorado against insider threats to election systems and voter intimidation. Since she took office, Colorado has seen record voter turnout and is now one of the leading states in the nation for voting rights and campaign finance reform. She was vocal in opposing the Trump administration’s rollback of mail in ballot access and in defending elections in the face of the voter suppression being pushed by Republicans in Washington.
