She is a leader in holding big corporations accountable for monopolistic behavior, including spearheading the coalition of 40 state attorneys general who secured a major win for consumers in an antitrust case against Live Nation this year. She led a successful lawsuit that found the Trump Organization liable for fraud in 2024, and she refused to cave when the Trump administration filed a vengeful lawsuit against her the next year. Attorney General James has also been a champion for working families across New York, backing policies that crack down on greedy corporations and help to lower costs.
