End Citizens United Congratulates Bill Hill on Advancing to the General Election for Alaska’s At-Large Congressional District

End Citizens United (ECU) President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement congratulating ECU-endorsed Bill Hill on advancing to the general election for Alaska’s At-Large Congressional District:

“Congratulations to Bill Hill on advancing to the general election. He’s running this race the right way by refusing corporate PAC dollars and championing accountability. It’s time to kick out Rep. Begich, whose personal corruption shows that he’s unfit for office, and to fight for what Alaskans actually want to see: lower costs and less corruption in Washington. We’re proud to have endorsed Bill and look forward to helping him win in November.”

ECU endorsed Bill Hill in April. Hill is committed to driving corruption out of Washington and making billionaires and powerful corporations pay their fair share. He understands working families because he has spent his life in similar jobs, from growing up as a commercial fisherman to working union construction jobs, building houses, and working in remote health clinics. In Congress, he will stand up to the special interests pouring millions of dollars into influencing policies.
