You have taken over a million dollars from corporate PACs over your career. Those same corporations keep raising costs on your constituents. How can you justify continuing to take their money and refusing to hold them accountable?
You’ve been part of the largest public corruption scandal in Ohio history, involving a $60 million bribery scheme by FirstEnergy Corporation while you were Lieutenant Governor. Your campaign received a $1 million dark money contribution from FirstEnergy just two years before. Then you wined and dined with company executives, lobbied Governor Mike DeWine for a corporate bailout, and successfully funneled $500 million in taxpayer dollars toward it. What’s your excuse for this blatant corruption?
You’ve taken $117,000 in campaign donations from Leslie Wexner, an Epstein co-conspirator, while voting to prevent the public release of documents on Epstein. Why are you protecting your guilty donors instead of advocating for the accountability that Ohioans want to see?
