PRESS RELEASE

End Citizens United Congratulates Adam Hamilton on Historic Win in Kansas

End Citizens United (ECU) President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement celebrating ECU-endorsed Senator-elect Adam Hamilton on becoming the first Democrat elected to represent Kansas in the Senate in nearly 100 years:

“We’re thrilled to congratulate Senator-elect Adam Hamilton on this massive win. He’ll be a fighter for working families at a time when Washington is full of politicians who are only looking out for themselves. Kansans just delivered a strong rebuke to that corruption. They’re demanding leadership that will lower costs, reform a broken government, and people over profits. We’re looking forward to partnering with Senator-elect Hamilton to make that a reality.”

ECU endorsed Senator-elect Adam Hamilton and filed two complaints against Roger Marshall that highlighted a series of ethics violations, resulting in Marshall having to answer for campaign finance allegations on television. Senator-elect Hamilton ran a historic campaign focused on tackling corruption in Washington and listening to Kansas families.
