PRESS RELEASE

End Citizens United Congratulates Tanya Miller on Attorney General Win in Georgia

End Citizens United (ECU) President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement celebrating ECU-endorsed Attorney General-elect Tanya Miller’s victory:

“Congratulations to Attorney General-elect Tanya Miller on this win. Throughout this election, she spoke to how corruption has stood in the way of critical progress on the issues important to Georgia families. She’s committed to cracking down on the pay-to-play system that encourages elected officials to protect special interests over working families. AG-elect Miller is going to change the game in Georgia by holding power to account. We look forward to working with her to get corporate influence out and stand up for Georgia families.”

AG-elect Tanya Miller earned ECU’s endorsement because her platform focused on holding corporations accountable and standing up to corruption. As a State Representative, she led initiatives to challenge big insurance companies when they tried to increase premiums and worked to ensure the economy serves everyday people. As a former federal prosecutor, she brings an extensive background in defending vulnerable communities.
